SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Session proposals may be submitted to support the Scientific Committee in developing the Congress program.
• The Committee is particularly interested in new, innovative, and forward-looking ideas that strengthen the scientific quality of the Congress.
• All proposals will be reviewed carefully by the WSPID Scientific Programme Committee.
• Following review, proposals may be combined, and not all suggested speakers may be included in the final session format.
• WSPID is committed to ensuring a balanced program in terms of gender and geography, adhering to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We encourage proposals that support these objectives and welcome submissions featuring early-career speakers.
• Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to respond individually to all proposers regarding the outcome of their submission. Only those selected to present in a session will receive a formal invitation by email from WSPID.
• All individuals submitting proposals are expected to present in person at the Congress in Mexico City. Virtual presentations will not be available. Please submit a proposal only if you can attend in person.

Please note: Submitting a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the final program. Only individuals selected to speak as part of an accepted proposal will be notified.
